The Flight of the Bald Eagles

The Flight of the Bald Eagles captures two bald eagles in flight as part of a single large-scale sculpture. Their outstretched wings and crossing paths create a strong sense of movement above the sweeping stainless steel supports, while layered driftwood gives definition and texture to each bird.

The composition is designed to be read as one work, with the relationship between the two eagles and the rising forms beneath them giving the sculpture its height, balance and sense of motion.
